Job Title: Accounts Receivable ManagerDescription:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled manager to oversee and manage the accounts receivable function across multiple group companies, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition.

  • The ideal candidate will supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable professionals.
  • A strong leader who can effectively coordinate with remote country finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management and Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor accounts receivable team members.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Effective coordination with country finance teams (remotely).

Accounts Receivable Operations:

  • Supervise and coordinate AR activities across multiple group companies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Monitor and report aged debt, reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
  • Resolve complex customer disputes and discrepancies.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyse and reconcile accounts receivables accounts, identifying discrepancies.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closings.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivables function metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOP compliance, and audit requirements.

External Collaboration and Support:

  • Liaise with country finance teams to ensure AR processes alignment.
  • Conduct regular virtual meetings to discuss AR performance and address concerns.
  • Arrange data for external audits, tax, and regulatory compliances on request of country finance teams.
