- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, guidance, and support to direct reports as needed.
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
- Leadership Experience: Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM, SSD, CMS, SMS, LMS, or ERP software, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to drive sales growth.
