
Sales Director

This Sales Director position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead sales efforts for IT services in Pakistan, UAE, and KSA. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in large organizations, driving business growth, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with the company's goals to grow its footprint in the region.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create customized consulting solutions and deliver proposals that meet client needs.
- Negotiating and closing high-value contracts with clients across various industries.
- Monitoring industry trends and identifying new market opportunities.
- Leading presentations and proposal development, articulating the value proposition of the company's IT services and consultancy offerings.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth by securing long-term contracts with new and existing clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the IT services, consulting, or technology industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in large organizations.
- Strong understanding of the IT services and consultancy landscape, including managed services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation consulting.
- Experience working across multiple markets, with a deep understanding of regional business practices and opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value contracts and meeting sales targets.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Arabic and/or Urdu is a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region as required.
