About the Role

Cotton & Cotton is seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on products and services by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our brand offerings.
  • Manage credit information with discretion when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely assistance to customers with service and billing requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques and operational duties, driving sales growth and employee development.
  • Support in-store merchandising efforts, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that showcases our products effectively.
  • Coordinate inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Assist with opening and closing store procedures as needed, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for employee motivation and development, driving retention and performance.
  • Create engaging marketing and community events to drive sales success and promote brand awareness.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing people and teams, with a strong track record of leadership and mentorship.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in operating personal computers, wireless equipment, copiers, and fax machines, with basic technical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Consultative selling skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Familiarity with telephony equipment and technology, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
