
Solar Energy Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our teams in clean energy projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of engineering development processes and test methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of software/hardware development life cycle including planning, risk analysis, requirements, architectural design, development, verification, and validation testing.
- Experience with managing teams of Embedded Hardware/Firmware.
- Expert level understanding of software development and architecture, with deep hands-on experience.
- Technical knowledge of firmware and embedded systems, especially focused on solar products.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate should have an engineering degree (Electrical or Computer Engineering); Masters Preferred with 10+ years of product development experience in a lead role and a track record of successful product launches.
