We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity to lead and manage the development of secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.
  2. Cybersecurity Compliance: Integrate security best practices into project planning, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, executive leadership, and clients.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly related to cybersecurity threats.
  5. Team Coordination: Work with developers, security engineers, and QA teams to define project milestones and deliverables.
  6. Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.
  7. Budget & Resource Management: Ensure projects stay within budget while meeting security and performance requirements.
  8. Incident Response Planning: Collaborate with security teams to develop and implement incident response strategies.
  9. Technology Oversight: Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and integrate relevant security measures into software development.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in software project management.
  3. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, OWASP, etc.).
  4. Experience with secure SDLC methodologies.
  5. Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps practices.
  6. Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, penetration testing, encryption protocols).
  7. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CISSP, CISM, or AWS Security Specialty (preferred).

Preferred Experience:

  1. Managing projects involving cloud security, application security, or data protection.
  2. Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices.
  3. Experience handling compliance audits and security assessments.
