Software Quality Assurance Engineer Position

  • We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to conduct manual and automated testing, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual and automation testing using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium. If you have excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality user experiences.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, API, and performance testing.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
  • Conduct API testing (both manual and automated) using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS, or CircleCI.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
  • Manage defects using tools like Jira or ClickUp.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Contribute to test strategies and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Strong manual testing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium).
  • Experience with API testing (manual and automated).
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS, or CircleCI).
  • Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for managing test scripts and collaborating with development teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying, data validation, and backend testing.
  • Proficiency in Jira, ClickUp, or any project management tool.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in client communication and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Mobile testing would be a plus.
