**Senior Laravel Developer Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laravel Developer to lead the development of modern web applications in our Peshawar, Pakistan office. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using the Laravel framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also be expected to mentor junior developers, collaborate with designers and project managers, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Applications
  • Lead Projects from Requirements to Deployment
  • Integrate APIs, Databases (MySQL), and Third-Party Services
  • Mentor Junior Developers and Enforce Coding Best Practices
  • Troubleshoot, Test, and Optimize Applications for Performance and Security

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Hands-On Experience with Laravel (PHP)
  • Strong Skills in MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, REST APIs
  • Familiarity with React (a Plus)
  • Experience with Git/Version Control
  • Strong Problem-Solving Mindset & Teamwork Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Preferred)
