About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet targets. This involves identifying and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and networking, as well as conducting needs assessments and collaborating with technical teams to design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings to remain competitive.

This role requires a strong understanding of hardware products and brands, including clients, servers, storage, media degausser, and CCTV solutions from industry leaders. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of hardware products and brands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

The work timings are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, alternate Saturday from 10am - 1pm. The work mode is onsite, and the location is Lahore. Benefits include insurance.
