EPOSMATIC is a fast-growing software company revolutionizing restaurant management across the UAE, Pakistan, and beyond. We're looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Installation Specialist to join our Installation Team and help onboard new clients efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit restaurant locations to install our software and configure hardware (e.g., receipt printers, cash drawers, tablets).
  • Conduct remote installations via Google Meet where needed.
  • Train restaurant staff on using the software effectively, including order processing, reporting, and daily operations.
  • Ensure each installation is complete, functional, and user-ready before handoff.
  • Provide clear documentation and post-installation follow-up support if required.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and support teams to resolve issues quickly.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of software and hardware setup (Windows systems, networking, printer configuration).
  • Good communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client locations (mainly restaurants).
  • Comfortable using remote tools like Google Meet for installations and training.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
