Dynamics 365 Business Solutions Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to fill the role of Business Solutions Architect.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and support of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their processes, needs, and objectives.
- Analyze and document functional requirements for both CRM and ERP modules.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
- Conduct functional workshops and training sessions with users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
- Support testing phases by creating test cases and assisting users.
- Participate in go-live planning, cutover, and post-implementation support.
- Create and maintain documentation, including functional specs, user guides, and training material.
- Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
