Marketing and Advertising Manager

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled marketing professional to lead our digital advertising efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing Meta ad campaigns, segmenting audiences, and optimizing ad budgets. They should also be proficient in using social media advertising tools and possess strong analytical and creative skills.

We are looking for someone who can conduct A/B testing, remarket to previous customers, and analyze trends to improve future campaigns. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing successful Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
  • Segmenting and targeting specific demographics
  • Managing ad budgets and optimizing for performance
  • Maintaining campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments
  • Conducting A/B testing and analyzing results
  • Remarketing to previous customers and improving future campaigns

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in Facebook/Meta advertising
  • Strong analytical and creative skills
  • Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager and related tools
  • Able to commute daily to work in-office from 10 AM to 6 PM
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
