Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Promote and explain the features and benefits of our plots and housing projects to potential clients.
  • Schedule site visits with prospective buyers to provide project information.
  • Build client relationships for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
  • Represent us at sales events, such as property expos and open houses.

Requirements:

  • Education: Intermediate degree (Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate or related industry (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
