Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Promote and explain the features and benefits of our plots and housing projects to potential clients.
- Schedule site visits with prospective buyers to provide project information.
- Build client relationships for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
- Represent us at sales events, such as property expos and open houses.
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate degree (Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate or related industry (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
