Job Overview

The Fit Day Club is seeking an experienced E-Learning Strategist to drive revenue growth, profitability, and strategic business collaborations. This leadership position requires expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and team management.

Main Responsibilities

Revenue Management
  1. Develop and communicate quarterly sales strategies to the team, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision.
  2. Conduct biweekly reviews of sales targets, implementing recovery plans where needed, and analyzing competitor pricing quarterly to maintain market competitiveness.
  3. Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement.
  4. Identify and establish at least two new revenue channels monthly, enhancing the company's e-learning offerings.
Revenue Growth
  1. Achieve a 10% quarterly revenue increase or meet budgeted targets, whichever is higher, by introducing new product lines and courses.
  2. Collaborate with the planning team to launch at least one new product line or course per quarter, expanding the company's e-learning portfolio.
Operational Improvements
  1. Conduct biweekly reviews of sales and marketing team operations, submitting system improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Implement advanced technological tools on a monthly basis to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Team Management
  1. Host weekly interdepartmental meetings to foster collaboration and drive revenue growth, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  2. Assign monthly revenue and lead generation targets to Sales and Marketing VPs, aligning their goals with the company's objectives.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews and recovery plan meetings to address any challenges and ensure team success.
Business Collaborations
  1. Work closely with the marketing team to create business collaboration materials, promoting partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  2. Maintain and finalize a quarterly event calendar for business collaborations, showcasing the company's commitment to networking and partnership-building.
  3. Establish at least one new business collaboration per month, achieving a quarterly target of nine brand ambassadors to promote the company's e-learning offerings.
Budget Management and Cost Reduction
  1. Evaluate monthly budget requirements for the Sales and Marketing departments, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  2. Submit sales and marketing forecast reports to senior management, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  3. Propose cost-effective operational improvements to the COO, enhancing the company's bottom line.
Customer Satisfaction
  1. Develop a customer feedback mechanism to address concerns and identify areas for improvement, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  2. Ensure all customer queries are resolved within an 8-hour turnaround time (TAT), maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
  3. Maintain a quarterly customer satisfaction rate of 80%, addressing concerns with actionable plans to ensure continued customer loyalty.
Profitability
  1. Meet or exceed profit margin commitments outlined in the quarterly budget, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success.
  2. Maintain a minimum profit margin of 35% for live courses, achieving budgeted profit targets and driving revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

  1. 5–8 years of experience in senior management roles, including 3–4 years in relevant fields.
  2. MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Marketing or Management, or equivalent.
  3. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills, with excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
