Sales and E-Commerce Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce department at SoftSandila, Pakistan. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and profitability.
  2. Implement webstore strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  3. Analyze sales volumes, margin percentage, and other KPIs on a weekly basis to inform decision-making.
  4. Evaluate the current strategic direction of our e-commerce channel and recommend improvements.
  5. Ensure overall profitability and sales revenue targets are met for all e-commerce channels.
  6. Maintain optimal stock levels and pricing to meet customer needs and preferences.
  7. Ensure accurate data and up-to-date information across all webstore platforms.
  8. Provide feedback to marketing, sales, logistics, and vendors on webstore performance.
  9. Develop promotional direction and pricing recommendations for the webstore.
  10. Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the webstore regularly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of increasing sales with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Experience with SEO, pay-per-click advertising, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with consumer product experience in an e-commerce environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of business mathematics and terminology, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong listening and presentation skills.
  • A basic understanding of the channel distribution sales model is a plus.
