We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces for our website, while also contributing to the creation of captivating graphics and videos for social media platforms and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create intuitive and engaging web interfaces that meet brand guidelines.
  2. Enhance and optimize user interfaces and experiences on our website to improve user engagement.
  3. Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to develop user-friendly content and design concepts across digital platforms.
  4. Develop top-tier UX design solutions using wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  5. Design various UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
  6. Originate clear ideas, concepts, and comprehensive designs for creative assets, overseeing the entire creative process.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and utilize tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and AI design prompts in the design process.
  8. Create compelling motion graphics for video deliverables.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year experience in UI/UX Design or comparable role.
  2. Demonstrate proficiency in both graphical and interactive design through a portfolio.
  3. Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and content management systems.
  4. Proficient in design tools like Figma or equivalent.
  5. Experience incorporating AI prompts into the design workflow.
  6. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, current web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
  7. Ability to articulate design decisions and processes clearly.
  8. Exceptional attention to detail.
  9. Capability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  10. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
