We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to assume the role of Assistant Manager Administration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects across the company, including office leasing, legal matters, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include timely registration and renewal of company principals' registration to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

The successful candidate will also be expected to monitor building maintenance, cleanliness, and security requirements to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

This includes ensuring that all offices/branches adhere to established policies and procedures.

In addition, forecasting and arranging for future infrastructural needs, such as space and safety requirements, is a critical aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise petty cash usage nationwide.
  • Maintain accurate records of fueling, attendance, leaves, insurance, travel, and EOBI.
  • Optimize fleet management for cost-effective resource utilization.

The selected candidate will submit regular reports highlighting areas for improvement and provide leadership to the country-wide admin team in supporting various departments and divisions.

  • Able to multitask and manage teams nationwide.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Work Environment: Telecommunications industry in Islamabad, Pakistan.
