Project Manager Opportunity

Bachelor's or Master's degree in software, computer technology, computer science, computer engineering, information systems or a related field is highly desirable.

Mensio Mental Health aims to empower patients to monitor and manage their mental health. We strive to provide seamless, user-friendly software for our therapists, patients and corporate clients.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all phases from discovery to implementation, quality assurance and maintenance of deployed systems.

The position is well-suited for a candidate who would like to work on software projects that positively impact others' health and well-being. This is a remote opportunity with a small but growing organization, and the candidate will be reporting directly to Dr. Armstrong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple concurrent software platforms/projects from discovery to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and ongoing maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain clear project plans and timelines according to guidance from stakeholders.
  • Lead front-end and back-end software development for Mensio's software platforms, utilizing agile methodology.
  • Collaborate with software developers to remove obstacles, improve workflows, and provide timely feedback on submitted features.
  • Advocate, document and enforce best engineering practices, design and implementation principles, coding standards; drive high-quality outcomes in all phases of software development.
  • Work with various software tools including Jira, Airtable.
  • Create and execute test plans, write tickets and test cases and prepare bug reports using Jira and other bug-reporting tools.
  • Test Application features and provide feedback on usability.
  • Identify, isolate and document defects.
  • Troubleshoot software bugs and client-reported software problems by handling, resolving and documenting submitted issues.
  • Support the interview process when hiring new developers and designers.
  • Monitor and manage UI/UX as part of an integrated software development process/workflow.
