Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to lead the design, development and maintenance of scalable applications with a strong focus on performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack applications using React and Node.js, ensuring scalability, performance and reliability.

  • Enhance reusable components within the design system while maintaining responsive and accessible UIs.

  • Develop secure APIs using Node.js and integrate them with external services.

  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, standups and retrospectives.

  • Troubleshoot and debug system issues, managing technical debt proactively.

  • Utilize GitHub for source control and contribute to code reviews.

  • Communicate project status, blockers and technical insights with teammates and stakeholders effectively.

  • Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, manage storage solutions like Google Buckets and leverage Docker and CLI tools for deployments.

Core Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React, TailwindCSS and React Aria for intuitive data-driven UIs and visualization systems.

  • Backend: Node.js (Feathers/Express) and MongoDB, with Elasticsearch experience considered an advantage.

  • Infrastructure: GCP-hosted applications running in Kubernetes environments, requiring familiarity with Docker and command-line usage.

AI & Advanced Integrations

This role offers exposure to innovative AI-driven projects, including:

  • Implementing semantic search powered by vector embeddings in Elasticsearch.

  • Leveraging Vertex AI and Google Gemini for intelligent document Q&A.

  • Developing notebook-style multi-file Q&A capabilities.

  • Building AI agents for customer profiling, insights and opportunity discovery.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven full-stack development experience with React and Node.js.

  • Strong grasp of HTML, CSS and modern component library usage.

  • Experience using Jira, Slack or equivalent collaboration tools.

  • Passion for AI/LLM applications and hands-on experience with AI-based tools is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

  • Availability to work at least 4 hours overlap during US morning hours (8 PM – 12 AM PKT).
