  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and adhere to professional standards at all times.
  • Interact with existing strategic customers to clarify mutual performance and growth goals, and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Establish and track monthly goals and objectives, and make adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with company targets.
  • Create and implement new service strategies to enhance service delivery performance and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. and use data to inform future business decisions.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Conduct and track research to support business development efforts, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
