Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Community Manager/Social Media Marketing Manager.

  • Create engaging content for our social media channels, crafting communications materials that captivate our audience.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy, leveraging platforms like blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and others to expand our online presence.
  • Plan and attend company events within or outside the organization, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and community members.
  • Manage public relations efforts, responding to media inquiries and building relationships with industry journalists to drive successful media campaigns.
  • Promote excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, messages, and social media.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university recognized by HEC.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the E-Commerce industry.
  • Proven expertise in Information Technology and Services, specifically in the Karachi, Pakistan region.
