Software Quality Assurance Manager
A seasoned professional is required to lead a team of testers, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality products that meet organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities- The ideal candidate possesses strong software testing skills and a passion for quality assurance, with experience in generating technical documents such as Test Plans, Test Cases, and Use Cases.
- Responsibilities include writing SQL queries to retrieve, save, and update data, prioritizing tasks based on project criticality, and creating, maintaining, and enhancing test automation scripts and programs.
- Additional duties include opening defects as needed during manual or automated testing, creating daily status reports for test case and defect metrics, and taking ownership of product quality.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for task assignment and team management, manual and automated software testing, planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies and automation infrastructure.
- Furthermore, the role involves coordinating meetings with development teams to resolve bugs and ensure requirement understanding.
- Mandatory qualifications include a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
- At least 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance are required, along with proficiency in computers, good organizational skills, ability to manage time, work independently, and recognize/prioritize quality issues.
