Quality Assurance Expert

The position of Test Lead is responsible for leading a team of testers to efficiently meet product goals and organizational objectives. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • A strong software testing background with a passion for quality assurance is essential for this role. You will be responsible for generating technical documents such as test plans, test cases, and use cases.
  • You must be able to write SQL queries to retrieve, save, and update data.
  • Prioritizing tasks based on project criticality is also a key responsibility.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance test automation scripts and programs.
  • Open defects as needed during manual or automated testing.
  • Prepare daily status reports for test case and defect metrics.
  • Taking ownership of product quality is a key aspect of this role.
  • Task assignment and team management are additional responsibilities.
  • Manual and automated software testing are also part of this role.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies and automation infrastructure.
  • Lead teams through various types of testing, including functional, regression, system, and interface tests.
  • Coordinate meetings with development teams for requirement understanding and bug resolution.
Job Specification

Minimum requirements include:

4-year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.

At least 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

Proficiency in computers is required.

Good organizational skills are necessary.

Ability to manage time effectively.

Independence in work is expected.

Recognize and prioritize quality issues.

Investigate new quality processes, tools, and technologies.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
