We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX & WordPress Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion for web platforms across various brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Leadership
    • Provide design direction and guidance to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
    • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides that support our growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Technical Skills
    • Expert-level knowledge of WordPress development, including theme customization and plugin development.
    • Ability to optimize custom WordPress sites for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress best practices and trends.
  • Business Acumen
    • Understand business goals and objectives and design solutions that meet them.
    • Ability to communicate design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong WordPress development portfolio.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, yet effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus on delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
  • Agility: Thrive in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines.
  • Vision: Stay up-to-date with modern web trends, responsive design, and performance optimization.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and automation in UI/UX workflows.
  • Familiarity with RevOps and growth marketing principles.
