At HDH Telecommunications, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a talented sales representative, you will be responsible for closing deals and driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate sales agreements that meet the needs of both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research
  • Negotiate sales agreements that meet the needs of both parties
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing
  • Qualification: Minimum Intermediate O/A Levels
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Must be regular and punctual
  • Fuel allowance available for females on night shift
  • Flexible to work evening shifts on a permanent basis (02:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Mon-Fri)
  • Experienced candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply
  • Salary: Rs 30,000 - Rs 60,000 per month plus separate bonus (Basic Salary depending upon skills & experience)
