A rapidly growing digital agency seeks a Business Development & Marketing Specialist to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, manage sales pipelines, and maintain long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with strong persuasive communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and a passion for digital innovation.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition
- Engage with potential clients through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to pitch agency services
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and emerging business opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM tools and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team on promotional campaigns and content planning
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and qualify for performance-based commission
- Represent the company at networking events or client meetings where required
Requirements:
- Confidence in communication, negotiation, and client interaction
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales lifecycle
