We are seeking a Senior Service Manager to lead our aftersales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints and warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct field visits to identify issues and develop technical reports for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with dealerships to resolve warranty issues and oversee helpline inquiries.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and dealerships to enhance product quality and customer loyalty.
  • Deliver training sessions on preventive maintenance and tractor operations.
  • Evaluate the performance of new products through field testing, reporting outcomes as per deadlines.
  • Develop and optimize our authorized workshop network in line with company standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in service management and marketing within the automotive industry.

Requirements
  • In-depth understanding of service business operations, aftersales, and spare parts management.
  • Ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Technical reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
