Job Description

The role of Administrative Security Manager requires a highly skilled individual to oversee and implement a comprehensive security and risk management program across the plant. This includes developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to ensure the security of facilities, employees, visitors, and assets.

A key responsibility of this position is to strengthen relationships with law enforcement agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners, including media representatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Management
  • Evaluate and enhance existing security controls to guarantee robust protection for personnel, visitors, and assets at Rakh Canal Plant and warehouses.
  • Lead Maize warehouse operations according to Site security protocols, manage manpower effectively during peak and off-peak seasons.
  • Ongoing security evaluations and improvements are crucial in this role.
  • Provide leadership on security and public relations committees, offering advisory expertise.
  • Implement Site security and administration guidelines, conduct regular security risk assessments.
  • Analyze CCTV footage to identify vulnerabilities and report incidents.
  • Manage annual licensing for company-owned arms/weapons and coordinate training for all security staff.
Stakeholder Engagement & Risk Management
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to anticipate security concerns and manage crises effectively.
  • Work closely with the Plant Management team to develop action plans.
  • Support the Leadership Team in embedding the Company's Vision, Mission, Corporate Policies, and local procedures at the site.
  • Coordinate with the EHS department to ensure employee safety and compliance with corporate EHS standards.
Risk Identification & Analysis
  • Identify risks, analyze data from external and internal sources, and advise management on mitigation strategies.
  • Investigate security breaches and recommend appropriate actions in coordination with the Legal team.
Technology & Training
  • Oversee major security-related projects and physical security technologies.
  • Develop and implement a security training policy and ensure compliance.
Efficiency & CSR
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Continuously seek to improve efficiency and effectiveness of core administrative processes and security measures.
  • Execute community service activities to support business objectives and enhance the company image in the local community.
Administration
  • Maintain relationships with governmental departments, civil administration, and statutory bodies for compliance purposes.
  • Monitor security functions to safeguard personnel and the plant.
  • Oversee administration and facilities management at the plant.
  • Ensure canteen operations are cost-optimized.
  • Manage grievance systems for unionized and third-party workers in accordance with labor laws.
