
Job Title: Senior Admin and Security Professional

The ideal candidate for this role will be a results-driven individual with a strong background in administrative services and security management. They should possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, and a proven track record of implementing successful security programs.
Key Responsibilities:Security Management- Evaluate current security measures and implement improvements to ensure a robust security environment for employees, visitors, and assets.
- Lead warehouse operations in accordance with site security protocols, ensuring effective implementation and control of manpower during peak and off-peak seasons.
- Continuously assess security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide guidance on various security committees and act as an advisory member.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify potential security concerns and develop effective crisis management plans.
- Work closely with the Plant Management team to develop and implement action plans based on identified security risks.
- Support the Leadership Team in embedding the company's vision, mission, and corporate policies.
- Coordinate with the EHS department to ensure employee safety and compliance with corporate EHS standards.
- Identify potential security risks and analyze data from both internal and external sources to advise management on risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead investigations into security breaches and work closely with the Legal team to maintain security-related equipment.
- Oversee major security-related projects, including access systems, alarm systems, and video surveillance systems.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive security training program to ensure compliance and regular communication with management on security matters.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending administrative policies and procedures.
- Seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of core administrative processes and security measures.
- Execute CSR activities that contribute to achieving business objectives and enhance the company's image in the local community.
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory Requirements:
- A Master's Degree in Public Administration or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience at a manufacturing facility.
- Proven leadership experience in administrative services and security management, with a strong background in industrial relations.
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
