Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing strategies for sales promotions and sales targets, designing customer engagement strategies through story, survey, and content, and supervising the work of the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Targets: Plan and execute sales targets to drive business growth and revenue increase.
  • Sales Promotion Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Design and implement customer engagement strategies that drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Team Management: Supervise the work of the sales and marketing team to ensure effective check and balance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement social media marketing campaigns.
  • Content Review: Review and verify the authenticity of content for website products.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and online content.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing with a track record of exceeding and meeting sales targets.
  • Digital Marketing: Initial knowledge about digital marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership skills to lead the department.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of exploring and coming up with new ideas.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Relocation: Ability to commute/relocate to Lahore (Preferred)
