Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and programming, with a keen interest in automation and process improvement.

  • Design and develop automated workflows using RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
  • Analyze and document existing processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather automation requirements.
  • Develop scalable and efficient RPA solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure they meet design specifications and are ready for production deployment.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on implemented RPA solutions.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all automation projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To achieve this, the successful Automation Specialist will possess:

  • A deep understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI technologies for automation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work effectively in agile/scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
