Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and profitability. The successful candidate will lead the development of business opportunities, identify new markets, and expand our presence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure continued growth.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team to drive results.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Familiarity with sales operations and customer relationship management systems.
- Certifications in business development, marketing, or related field.

- Army officer background with previous experience in business development.
- Proven knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
