Job Overview:

Fintech Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a product marketing strategy to attract and retain customers in a competitive market. This role involves implementing targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and bring commercial results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will have a knack for numbers, able to read data to determine patterns and gain insights, and then explain them at a high level to guide future decision-making.
  • Develop a comprehensive product marketing strategy that includes planning timescales and budgets, building anticipation for product launches to increase user acquisition, and driving the company's media strategy and execute PR campaigns for brand awareness.
  • Implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and bring commercial results, including social media and public relations campaigns.
  • Build relationships and coordinate with external partners and agencies, devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
  • Create promotional activities and communicate with various platforms for digital marketing and negotiate terms.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present results, including compiling and distributing financial and statistical information, and writing and proofreading creative copy.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital & integrated marketing programs online (web/mobile).
  • A good understanding of social media and other digital channels, including Affiliate Marketing, Display, PPC, SEO, and SEM.
  • Experience in affiliate management and media buying, as well as organization and a competitive mindset are a must.
  • Be interested in and/or understand the Fintech market.
