Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Manager.

Role Responsibilities
  • Create a learning strategy that aligns with business objectives in partnership with L&D partners.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify capability gaps using diagnostic tools such as GEMBA, role analysis, focus groups, and interviews.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to define target populations, learning objectives, and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Develop an effective learning mix for the target audience applying 70/20/10 principles and good instructional design.
  • Coordinate resources and capabilities across the organization to develop solutions including interfacing with external suppliers.
  • Ensure learning solutions are developed and deployed using global frameworks, standards, systems, and processes.
  • Support the delivery and facilitation of learning interventions where appropriate.
Main Responsibilities (Pack Management Lead)
  • Manage laboratory activities and interact with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical and process-related issues.
  • Maintain quality control systems and procedures by monitoring and following up on packing components supplied.
  • Facilitate timely meetings with suppliers for online complaints and rejections to avoid recurrence.
  • Support Procurement, Logistics, and SQ.Ops for supplier projects, supplier development, and Supplier QIPs.
