Job Title: School Project Manager

The role of a School Project Manager involves leading project planning, defining strategic goals, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. This position requires effective leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and supervise the performance and deliverables of a large team of professionals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring consistency in progress towards project milestones.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and other required materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of education technology (EdTech) trends and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.

Education and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects involving ministries, public sector institutions, and donor agencies.
