As a seasoned project manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving project direction, defining metrics, and managing performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual performance deliverables.
  • Apply techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
  • Lead project teams, including SMART INTELLECT, customer, and subcontractors.
  • Establish effective communication plans with project teams and customers.
  • Provide day-to-day direction to project teams and regular project status updates to customers and management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and identify issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.
  • Define and monitor risks, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assess the quality of deliverables and provide feedback on methodology improvement and process enhancement.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation of best practices and lessons learned.
