Sales / Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales / Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow our BPO and IT consulting business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's BPO and IT consulting business.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients (SQL & MQL).
  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads from marketing campaigns and qualify them.
  • Lead Qualification: Use criteria like BANT to qualify leads and transfer high-quality prospects to Senior Sales Executives.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
  • Research key decision-makers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach activities and meetings booked.
  • Stay informed about the company's offerings, the U.S. market, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum undergraduate degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation and qualification within BPO, Software Development, or IT services industries.
  • Strong understanding of BPO and IT services offerings and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining client and partner relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubsoft, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
