Job Overview

The Manager Admin Services & Security will oversee the implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive security program, encompassing risk management and administration strategies to ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and assets on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current security situation and improve controls to ensure robust security for employees, visitors, and assets at Rakh Canal Plant & Maize warehouses.
  • Lead Maize warehouse operations as per Site security manual, implementing and controlling manpower in season and off-season at both warehouses.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of the security situation and implement improvements.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to preempt security concerns and manage crisis situations effectively.
  • Work with the Plant Management team to develop and implement action plans.

Risk Identification:

  • Identify risks, analyze data from external and internal sources, and advise management on risk mitigation plans.
  • Lead investigations of security breaches and advise appropriate actions in coordination with the Legal team.

Technology Upgrade:

  • Oversee and provide direction for major security-related projects and physical security technologies.

Training:

  • Develop and implement a security training policy and ensure compliance.

Organization Effectiveness:

  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Continuously seek to improve efficiency and effectiveness of core administrative processes and security measures.

Administration:

  • Maintain relationships with Governmental Departments, Civil Administration, and statutory bodies for compliance.
  • Monitor security functions to safeguard personnel and the plant.
