Job Overview

This is a dynamic role that requires a sales professional to be responsible for promoting and selling products in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain all office files, including sales invoices and orders.
  2. Manage stock taking activities and ensure accuracy of generated customer invoices.
  3. Liaise with the accounts department on a daily basis to get updates about online payments deposited by customers.
  4. Generate and dispatch sale orders in a timely manner.
  5. Promote and sell products, including books, cards, and Quran and Sunnah items.
  6. Provide awareness to walk-in customers about available products and their benefits.
  7. Ensure accurate tracking of customer accounts and reconcile any discrepancies.
  8. Communicate effectively with the accounts department regarding customer account upgrades.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of sales software.
