The Chief Software Innovation Strategist plays a highly critical role in defining the software architecture vision and guiding the long-term technical direction of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage strategic thinking and technical expertise to drive innovation and excellence in software architecture, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of experimentation and staying abreast of technology trends and emerging technologies.
  • Decompose complex problems into simple solutions that can be used across business units and products, promoting best practices and driving technical innovation.
  • Architect and design complex systems leveraging deep understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles, serving as subject matter expert for software architecture and system design best practices.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years hands-on experience in software engineering with proven track record of designing and building scalable, reliable, high-performance systems.
  2. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  3. Expertise in range of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies with deep understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles.
  4. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to influence and inspire engineering teams to deliver exceptional results.
  5. Passion for technology and innovation with customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding technical solutions.
  6. Extensive experience communicating technical concepts and solutions to diverse audiences including executive leadership, engineering teams, and external stakeholders.

  1. Architectural design and technical leadership.

  3. Review code ensuring it adheres to coding standards and best practices.
