Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled video editor with expertise in motion graphics to create engaging promotional videos for the real estate industry.

The project involves producing 700-800 videos, each tailored using provided scripts, voiceovers, images, and animations.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in motion graphics & video editing, possessing a strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is required. Experience in real estate or property video editing is preferred, along with knowledge of kinetic typography, infographics, and dynamic animations.

The selected candidate will work independently on this large-scale project, requiring reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines. Long-term collaboration potential exists for the right candidate.

Duties:

  • Edit and produce high-quality real estate motion graphic videos.
  • Use animations, transitions, text overlays, and stock images to enhance visuals.
  • Synching voiceovers with on-screen visuals for a smooth viewing experience.
  • Ensuring consistency in branding, style, and quality across all videos.
  • Delivering videos in the required format and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in motion graphics & video editing (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work with provided scripts, audio, and images.
  • Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.

Project Details:

  • Script & audio will be provided (no need for recording).
  • Animation & stock images will be used (some assets may be provided).
