Visual Storyteller Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Visual Storyteller to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing and motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio of short-form ads, social videos, and branded motion graphics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, editing, and delivering professional video content for advertising campaigns, social platforms, and website use. They will work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate ideas into visually compelling stories.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and animating advanced motion graphics, including titles, lower thirds, animated logos, branded transitions, and special effects;
  • Developing and editing video content for various formats and aspect ratios across all platforms;
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all content and maintaining organized project files;
  • Staying ahead of video trends, techniques, and platform requirements;
  • Optimizing video assets for different formats and aspect ratios across all platforms;

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics design;
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar NLE and animation tools);
  • A deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and digital video best practices;
  • Experience editing and delivering video content for paid ads and organic posts on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and web;
  • Proficient in color grading, audio mixing, and optimizing for multiple formats;
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment;
  • Creative thinker with a passion for testing new styles, effects, and creative approaches;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
