At Indus Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards.

Job Description:
  • Provide direct patient care throughout the shift, maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor.
  • Ensure the quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes against patient care goals.
  • Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.

You will be responsible for preparing medication requisitions and administering medication, as well as maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with doctors and consultants on their rounds, recording instructions and facilitating their work.
  • Assist doctors with procedures, preparing patients physically and emotionally for these events and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment.

In this role, you will also be responsible for supervising nurse aids, student nurses, and other staff members, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
