Senior Network Troubleshooter

Technical Support Specialist

This role requires an individual who can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customer networks, providing exceptional service to meet their needs. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical problems.

• Handle customer inquiries regarding network performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal system functionality.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their business objectives.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and industry trends to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in telecommunications.

• Provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, including Root Cause Analysis and resolving complex technical problems.

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support roles, preferably in telecommunications.

• Demonstrated expertise in CS Core domains, including CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF, MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP, UDM domain CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE, and Mobile Call Flows.

• Familiarity with Cloud/Virtualization concepts, VNF/CNF Management, Team Collaboration, Delivering results, Meeting Customer Expectations, Presentation & Communication skills.
