We're looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our remote workforce. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including policy development, personnel administration, and project coordination.

Your primary duties will include creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining personnel records, and providing administrative support to multiple managers and directors.

Main responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and procedures
  2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel records and compliance with regulations
  3. Address colleague inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  4. Provide administrative support to various managers and directors
  5. Conduct research as required (e.g., healthcare topics)
  6. Manage resource requests, including searching for contractors and presenting options
  7. Onboard selected resources to projects and balance workload
  8. Recommend relevant training to support employee and business objectives
  9. Notify the team and involved staff of changes in personnel on projects
