Mid-Senior Hybrid Cross-Platform App Developer

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Senior Hybrid Cross-Platform App Developer to take on the challenge of building high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android using cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Ionic. As part of our team, you will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain robust mobile applications that meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, or Ionic.
  • Implement intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance user experience through responsive design principles.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security, addressing potential issues and concerns.
  • Debug and resolve application issues across different mobile devices and OS versions, providing efficient solutions.
  • Follow best coding practices, maintain clean code, and document development processes for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and cross-platform technologies, applying new knowledge to improve existing applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mobile app development using Flutter, React Native, or Ionic.
  • Proficiency in Dart (for Flutter) or JavaScript/TypeScript (for React Native, Ionic).
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, or GraphQL integration, ensuring smooth data exchange.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Provider, Redux, MobX, or Bloc), enabling efficient data handling.
  • Understanding of Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment processes, ensuring successful app publication.
  • Familiarity with Git version control and Agile development methodologies, promoting collaborative development.
  • Basic knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus, allowing for adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and in-app purchases, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications, streamlining development and testing processes.
  • Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase, expanding opportunities for growth and scalability.
  • Understanding of UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Appium), ensuring comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
  • Previous experience working on live, published applications, showcasing your expertise and accomplishments.
