Android Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Android developer with a strong background in Kotlin and native Android development. As part of our mobile engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality applications for the Android platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. You will ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality native Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Android app development.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and a strong understanding of the Android SDK.
  • Experience with Android Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room, etc.).
  • A solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for mobile integration.
  • Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Espresso, and Mockito.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes.
