**Key Objectives:**

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  4. Monitor and analyze site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize results.
  5. Analyze customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a positive customer experience.
  6. Develop contingency plans to mitigate site-related risks and minimize disruptions.
  7. Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
  8. Coordinate order management to ensure timely stock availability and efficient delivery processes.
  9. Maintain optimized warehouse management to ensure efficient deliveries and stock control.
  10. Ensure the security and integrity of facilities are maintained.
  11. Supervise general administration, housekeeping, local purchases, and store operations to maintain a high level of professionalism.
  12. Process bill payments for contractors/vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
  13. Provide training and guidance to contractors and supervisors to enhance their skills and performance.
