AI Model Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Model Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our AI/ML development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing large language models (LLMs) to address business-specific use cases.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop AI/ML Models: Utilize your expertise in AI/ML model development to design and develop LLMs that meet the requirements of various business use cases.
  • Orchestrate AI Workflows: Leverage LangChain to orchestrate AI workflows and integrate them into scalable production pipelines.
  • Data Validation and Parsing: Implement Pydantic for data parsing and validation within ML applications.
  • Machine Learning Systems: Build and maintain robust machine learning systems using Python, with a strong grasp of PyTorch or TensorFlow frameworks.
  • Model Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy and monitor models in production environments, leveraging AWS services such as SageMaker, EC2, and S3.
  • Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines, incorporating PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate.
  • Architectural Design: Participate in architectural design discussions for AI model integration, data flow optimization, and infrastructure scalability.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on LLMs.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Pydantic, LangChain, and Python programming skills, with experience using ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Cloud Environment: Familiarity with model deployment, monitoring, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Databases: Experience working with databases for ML workflows such as PostgreSQL, Redis, or specialized vector databases.
  • Communication: Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal.
