Job Description

We are hiring Cold Calling Agents to engage with US-based prospects, qualify leads, and set appointments for our business development team. As a Calling Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential clients, pitching services clearly and effectively, qualifying leads, and maintaining CRM records of conversations and progress.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential US clients
  • Pitch services clearly and effectively
  • Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Maintain CRM records of conversations and progress
  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Calling Agent, you will need:

  • Less than 1 year of experience in cold calling or telemarketing
  • Fluent spoken English
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM)
